Susan Sawyers
Susan Sawyers writes for The Hechinger Report. She’s interested in education, with focuses on teacher quality and technology. A regular contributor to The Huffington Post, Sawyers has had her work in L.A. Parent, The New York Times and, most recently, SchoolStories. She is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and Grinnell College. Previously, Sawyers was director and curator of Los Angeles’ Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Foundation, established to promote excellence in the arts and medical research.
