		<description><![CDATA[RESPECT, huh?  Will that come in the form of merit pay and no tenure?  Tell me, will my &quot;merit&quot; come from keeping silent as innane edu-policies are wreck havoc in our public schools?
As the individuals closest to the teaching and learning process we must reserve our due process rights to remain vigilant for our students and our profession.  I must fearlessly be able to speak out against the policies that do the most damage or American society, so reliant upon an educated citizenry, is already lost.]]></description>
